Client will lay supine in face up position. Draping will be used, tucked very firm and secure across the hips, females will have a full size towel that will be draped over the chest.
Breathing is encouraged and guided in the correct manor to ensure client is getting the maximum amount of oxygen for your organs and muscles. Breathing pattern will be guided throughout the session.
